Comment: I am taking Business Communication and Report Writing as an online course. This study guide has been very helpful. I have been using it as a self-quiz, checking the answers in the back of the book when I am finished, and then taking my online quiz. It has helped me study things that I just didn't catch while reading the chapters. I would recommend it.
